A Body of Divinity by Thomas Watson
If you are looking for a good book on theology to keep around as a reference for yourself and your family you should consider A Body of Divinity by Thomas Watson. Watson was a Puritan author, and the book is old, yet his clarity in the presentation of doctrine is in my experience unmatched. When I need to teach on a specific doctrine, I will often turn to Watson to see how he outlined and presented it. 5/5 stars.
